Import attendance

Upload a ZKTeco log file. We'll match each device user ID to a member and create one attendance row per (member, date).

How this works

  1. On the ZKTeco device, export the attendance log to a USB stick (usually creates AttLog.dat) or use the ZKTime.Net software to export as CSV.
  2. Upload the file here. We parse it and match each device user ID to a member of your workspace.
  3. Before you commit, we show you every user ID we found — matched (with name) or unmatched.
  4. Add the missing IDs on each member's Edit page (Biometric ID field), then re-upload to catch them.
We create one service per unique date in the file. Multiple check-ins on the same day count as one attendance. Members not in the file are left unmarked (or marked absent if you pick "Overwrite existing marks" on the preview screen).
